installing nginx: E: Failed to fetch ... 404 Not Found

Whenever I try to install NGINX on my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS it outputs:

I tried doing that, but it doesn't work at all. I also tried sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get upgrade

Any help?
